Founded in 2002 to Provide Business and Residential Voice over IP
Services to Subscribers in Ontario

The VoIP Highway Inc was founded by Darcy Primrose in 2002.  Darcy has a
history in Telecommunications dating from the 1970's.  He was active in
the early days of deregulation in Canada in both telephone terminal
equipment and long distance services.  His experience includes the
conversion of complete Towns and Cities from analog switching to digital
switching,  the successful development of a Telephone Interconnect
Company in the early days of deregulation, development and
implementation of several products designed to assist Long Distance
Resellers with entry into the Long Distance Market and the early stage
migration of ISP's into the Competitive Local Exchange Market.

The VoIP Highway through its Software Development division provides
subscribers with a varitety of features not generally available thru
other VoIP Service Providers.

Several start up VoIP Service Providers accross Canada rely on the VoIP
Highway for services such as: Network Access, Long Distance Plans, 911
access, Call Detail Reporting and Auto Provisioning of Linksys VoIP
Products.
